Effective date: July 5, 2019
- You will not be able to cancel your registration if your live workshop date is in less than 30 days.
- There is a 10% or RM250 cancellation fee, whichever is higher, if cancelled 30 or more days before the workshop.
- There is a 10% or RM600 cancellation fee, whichever is higher, if cancelled within 30 days of the workshop.
- Once an account for any workshop or course has been activated, cancellation is not allowed.

PFC Studio operates pfc.my. The policy explains the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and the choices associated with that data.
Information collection and use
PFC collects different types of information to provide and improve the Service. Personal Data may include email address, first and last name, phone number, postal address, cookies and usage data. Usage Data may include IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, visit time and duration, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking and cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to track activity and hold information. Session Cookies operate the Service, Preference Cookies remember settings, and Security Cookies support security. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, although parts of the Service may then be unavailable.
Use and transfer of data
Data may be used to provide and maintain the Service, notify users of changes, support interactive features, provide customer care, analyse and improve the Service, monitor usage, and detect, prevent or address technical issues. Information may be processed in Malaysia; submission represents agreement to that transfer.
Disclosure and security
PFC may disclose Personal Data when necessary to comply with a legal obligation; protect PFC's rights or property; prevent or investigate wrongdoing; protect personal safety; or protect against legal liability. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, though commercially acceptable safeguards are pursued.
Service providers and analytics
Third-party service providers may facilitate or analyse the Service and may access Personal Data only to perform those tasks. The legacy policy identifies Google Analytics and links to Google's privacy information and opt-out browser add-on.
Links, children and policy changes
PFC is not responsible for third-party sites and recommends reviewing their privacy policies. The Service does not address anyone under 18 and PFC takes steps to remove Personal Data collected from children without verified parental consent. Policy changes may be posted on the page with an updated effective date.
